Our Small Group Exercise Classes

At Precision One Health & Fitness, we have a wide variety of small group exercise classes to offer you. Available to both members and non-members, we wish to provide an experience that is not too dissimilar to the high standards we set for our personal training service. We want to deliver classes that offer a more personalised and supportive exercise environment and to achieve this, we make sure to keep class sizes to an absolute maximum of 6 people and can have 1-2 personal trainers in at any one time. Because of our coach:member ratio, our small group training sessions can be made suitable for all abilities and will support a wide variety of goals. We hope that we can provide you an attentive coaching experience in a safe, group setting.
