The personal information we may collect includes your name, address, email address, telephone number, date of birth and gender where provided.
We may collect membership information including your membership type, membership start date, payment history, attendance records, booking history, membership changes, freezes, cancellations and communication preferences.
We may collect payment information where required to process membership payments. Payment card details are processed through approved payment providers and we do not store full payment card information ourselves.
To provide secure access to the Gym, we may process information relating to your ClubRight account, QR code access, access cards and facility entry records.
We operate CCTV throughout the facility for safety, security, crime prevention and incident investigation purposes. CCTV footage may be recorded continuously, although live monitoring is not carried out at all times. CCTV is not installed within changing room areas.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information to provide and manage your Gym membership, including processing payments, providing access to the facility, managing bookings, responding to enquiries and communicating important information relating to your membership.
The legal basis for this processing is the performance of our contract with you.
We may use your information to maintain a safe training environment, manage emergency situations, investigate accidents or incidents, and protect members, staff and visitors.

Withdrawing marketing consent will not affect essential communications relating to your membership, including account updates, service changes, safety information or important notices.

We use ClubRight Limited as our membership management platform.
ClubRight processes personal data on our behalf as a data processor.
