By providing personal information through our ClubRight software when signing up for a gym membership, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your data in accordance with this privacy notice.

3.1 Identity and Contact Details of the Data Processor

Your data is processed on our behalf by ClubRight Limited, Unit 4 Radford Business Park, Radford Way, Billericay, England, CM12 0DP, Company Reg: 08046467. Your data is stored in the UK and may be accessed by ClubRight employees. All processing is performed in strict compliance with GDPR.

3.2 Purposes of Processing and Legal Basis

We collect your personal data to provide the services outlined in your membership agreement, including:

  • Contacting you regarding your membership.

  • Managing your gym access and bookings.

  • Facilitating member rewards (if applicable).

  • Resolving issues and improving our services.

  • Complying with legal and regulatory obligations.

All data is processed lawfully, fairly, and in line with GDPR requirements.
