Terms & Conditions



1. Introduction

1.1 Your agreement is with us, Precision One Health and Fitness Limited, a private company (Company no 14817698)  limited by guarantee, registered in England & Wales.

1.2 These terms and conditions form part of your agreement with us and replace any previous terms and conditions. Your membership agreement is made up of:

  • These terms and conditions.

  • The rules of gym use and conduct.

1.3 These documents together form a legal, binding agreement. Please read them carefully.


2. Starting Your Agreement

2.1 Your membership commences on the date of your sign-up and payment through our ClubRight platform.

2.2 For the Standard Monthly membership, your payment date will be the 1st of the month. 

  • If you begin your Standard Monthly membership part-way through a month, you will pay pro-rata for the remaining days in the month (a percentage of the monthly total, reflecting how much of the month has passed). You will then be billed fully on the 1st date of the next month. 

2.3 For the 3 months, 6 months, 12 Months memberships - these are paid in advance and membership commences from the day that payment is received.


3. Types of Membership

3.1 Memberships are available to individuals aged 16 and over (with parental consent required for 16–17-year-olds).

3.2 We currently offer different membership packages: Standard Monthly, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months.

3.3 Trial Gym Pass - these can be purchased through our website or through the clubright app. This is a one-time payment, purchasable only once per individual. 


4. Membership Fees and Payment

4.1 Membership fees vary according to the membership package selected.

4.2 Fees are displayed at sign-up via ClubRight and on our website.

4.3 Membership fees remain payable whether or not you use your membership.


5. Membership Changes, Cancellation & Freezing

5.1 Cooling-off period: 14-days if you sign up online. If cancelled within this time, fees will be refunded if the gym membership remains unused in this time. 

5.2 Ongoing cancellation: Requires 30 days’ notice, effective from the 1st of the following month.

5.3 Notice of cancellation or changes must be sent in writing to precision1coaching@gmail.com.

5.4 Freezing memberships: Permitted for full calendar months only and for valid reasons (pregnancy, serious illness, injury, redundancy). Requests must be in writing - emailed to precision1coaching@gmail.com


6. Gym Conduct & Safety


6.1 Admittance to the gym requires members to use the QR code on their Clubright App. Alternatively, gym members can purchase an access card (at the gym reception desk) for £2 which can be used to scan and gain access. 


6.2 Members can use the changing rooms and the lockers to store their personal belongings whilst attending the facility. Precision One Health and Fitness is not responsible for members’ belongings and users use this at their own discretion. 


6.3 Members are entitled to a free gym induction with a member of staff. This can be booked on the Clubright App.


6.4 Members need to register their car registration plate with the tablet at Tollgate reception to validate their free parking when on site, each visit. 


6.5 Members are expected to uphold hygiene standards in the gym. This includes spraying and wiping down equipment used, using bins accordingly, and maintaining standards of self-care personal hygiene.  


6.6 Members are expected to tidy up their equipment after use - returning it to its correct place for others to use. This includes free weights, bars, benches, accessories, and weight plates removed from machines and returned. 


6.7 Members are expected to respect the gym and equipment through correct use: not dropping weights, letting cable stacks slam down or using any equipment in a way that could lead to its damage. 


6.8 Members are expected to be courteous of others in the gym. This includes mindful communication with others (no shouting or swearing) or behaving in a way that could be perceived as aggressive. 


6.9 Members can use the gym facilities during specific opening and closing times. These are listed clearly on https://p1coaching.co.uk/gym/ website. 



7. Refunds & Transfers

7.1 Memberships are non-refundable, except where required by law.

7.2 Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the purchasing member.


8. Bank Holidays and Gym Closures

8.1 The gym may close for key public holidays and seasonal breaks.

8.2 Members will be notified of any closures with 4 weeks’ notice. 


9. Force Majeure / Unexpected Events

9.1 Definition of Force Majeure
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, a “Force Majeure Event” includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, fire, flood, earthquake, pandemic, epidemic, government order or regulation, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor strikes, power outages, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of the Gym that prevents normal operation.

9.2 Suspension of Obligations
In the event of a Force Majeure Event, the Gym shall be relieved from its obligations to provide access to facilities or services for the duration of the event, without liability or obligation to compensate the Member for any resulting loss or inconvenience.

9.3 Membership Fees During Closure
a. If the Gym is temporarily unable to operate due to a Force Majeure Event, membership terms may be extended by the equivalent duration of the closure, at the Gym’s discretion.
b. Refunds will not be automatically issued unless required by applicable law.

9.4 Notification
The Gym will make reasonable efforts to notify Members of any Force Majeure Event impacting services via Clubright software, email, text message, or posted notices on the Gym’s website and premises.

9.5 Resumption of Services
Normal services will resume as soon as the Force Majeure Event has ceased and it is safe and lawful to do so. The Gym shall not be held responsible for delays in resumption caused by factors beyond its control.


10. Liability & Health

10.1 You are responsible for ensuring you are physically fit to participate. Seek medical advice if unsure.

10.2 By attending the gym, you confirm no medical condition prevents safe participation.

10.3 We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

10.4 We are not liable for injury, illness, or death unless caused by our negligence.


11. Data Protection

11.1 We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

11.2 By joining, you consent to being contacted with essential membership information (e.g., cancellations, account updates).


12. Governing Law

13.1 This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

13.2 Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
